URGENT अन्नौंसमेंट

UN, SEA, FAKE MOUSTACHES AND AN ABANDONED ZOO… Last week saw Beachbombing, the people behind Snowbombing, head to sunny Ibiza for a four day long summer rave-up.

Wednesday saw ‘Beachbombers’ arriving alongside a pumping poolside set from ‘bombing’ favourites Rock da World. Later on we saw the buildup of that amazing atmosphere that we’ve come to know and love as we moved inside for The Whip, Freestylers and Krafty Kuts.

Thursday saw us donning our silly hats and setting sail in the superior sunshine and beautiful calm clear waters as we set sail on the Boat Party Hat Party co-hosted with London favourites and Ibiza summer residents Black Rabbit. The champagne was flowing (and being thrown into the sea so people could dive from ridiculous heights to retrieve it!) and the music matched the mood with brilliant sets from Serge Santiago, Guy Williams and Bones slowly building to a full on rave. As the boat docked the excitement didn’t fade as everyone piled straight off to Amnesia where Beachbombing hosted the Mixmag Terrace at Cream until the early hours.
4pm Friday saw a coach full of fancy dressed up party goers delivered to the absolutely amazing abandoned zoo venue where Beachbombing partnered with Wonderland, Electric Sex and Black Rabbit to host one of the best parties of the event. Chill-out sets from Issie Nixon and Electric Sexs’ Ryan O’Gorman eased hangovers as the crowds sipped Bloody Marys and Mojotos around the pool. As the sun set and evening drew in the mood lifted and the dancefloor filled to the beats of Streetlife Djs, Joe Ransom and Tim Sheridan booming out from an old Seal pit! In true Beachbombing way, as this party stopped, a new one started and it was back on the coach and down to Eden for one of Ibizas greatest summer success stories – Wonderland.

As if in anticipation of the broken souls that would emerge on Saturday the party pace slowed down as a pool party at Kanya over sunset marked the end of a heavy few days. The brilliant Greg Wilson, Todd Terje and the Tirk DJs kept the music easy and the atmosphere chilled as the friendly Beachbombing punters chatted, chilled and shimmied around the dancefloor on the last night of an absolutely brilliant few days in the sun. See you in the snow!
